Welcome to the website of Natural Model Management, LLC ("Natural Model Management," "we," "us," or "our"), located at naturalmodelsla.com (the "Site"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Site. By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

These Terms govern your use of the Site only. They do not govern any booking, engagement, representation, or other business relationship between Natural Model Management and any model, client, or third party, all of which are governed exclusively by a separately executed Model Services Agreement and/or Booking Form.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Site or, if you are between 13 and 17, to use the Site only with the involvement and consent of a parent or legal guardian. The Site is not directed to children under 13, and children under 13 may not use the Site or submit information through it. By using the Site, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.

2. Description of the Site

The Site is an informational and lead-generation website for a modeling agency. Through the Site, you may:

  • Learn about Natural Model Management and view our roster and portfolio
  • Submit a booking inquiry as a prospective client
  • Submit an application as prospective talent
  • Contact us with questions or comments

Submissions through the Site are inquiries only. Submission of an inquiry, form, or application does not create any obligation, engagement, representation agreement, or booking. All bookings and engagements are exclusively memorialized and governed by a fully executed Model Services Agreement and/or Booking Form, which supersedes and merges all prior or contemporaneous agreements, understandings, and discussions.

3. Booking Inquiries — Reference to Master Agreements

All bookings and engagements — including cancellation, overtime, fitting, lingerie, use rights, agency service charges, and any related fees or policies — are governed exclusively by the applicable Model Services Agreement and/or Booking Form executed by the parties. Nothing on the Site or in these Terms constitutes an offer, binding term, or amendment to those agreements. In the event of any conflict between the Site or these Terms and an executed Model Services Agreement or Booking Form, the executed agreement controls.

Prospective clients may request a copy of our current Booking Form and policies by contacting us at the information provided in Section 14.

4. User Submissions

Model applications are submitted through our third-party application platform, Casting42. Booking inquiries and general contact submissions are collected through forms on the Site and transmitted to our CRM. This Section 4 applies to any content you submit through the Site or through the application flow that originates on the Site, regardless of destination platform.

If you submit any content — including model applications, photographs, portfolios, biographical information, measurements, or messages ("Submissions") — you represent and warrant that:

  • You are 18 years or older, or if you are between 13 and 17, a parent or legal guardian has provided consent to your Submission and to Natural Model Management's use of your Submission as described in these Terms. Applicants under 13 may not submit content.
  • You own all rights in the Submission, or you have obtained all necessary rights, permissions, licenses, and releases to submit it and to permit our use as described in these Terms
  • The Submission does not infringe or violate the intellectual property, privacy, publicity, or other rights of any third party
  • The Submission is accurate and not misleading, and does not contain unlawful, defamatory, obscene, or otherwise objectionable material

By making a Submission, you grant Natural Model Management a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, sublicensable license to use, reproduce, display, and evaluate the Submission for the purpose of considering and, if applicable, representing you, promoting our services, and providing our business to clients.

For minor applicants (13–17), the license above is granted by the parent or legal guardian on behalf of the minor and is limited to the purpose of considering the minor for potential representation. Natural Model Management will not use a minor applicant's photographs, likeness, or identifying information for marketing or promotional purposes without separate written parent/guardian consent obtained outside the Site.

We are not obligated to accept, respond to, or return any Submission. We may remove or refuse any Submission at our discretion.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site — including text, graphics, logos, images, model portfolios, video, audio, and the "Natural Model Management" name and marks — is owned by or licensed to Natural Model Management and is protected by U.S. and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You may view and access Site content for personal, non-commercial reference only. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly perform, publicly display, republish, download, store, or transmit any Site content without our prior written permission or the permission of the applicable rights holder. Any unauthorized use of model images, likenesses, or portfolios is strictly prohibited.

DMCA Notice and Takedown. If you believe that content on the Site infringes your copyright, please send a written notice to our designated agent that includes:

  1. A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or authorized agent
  2. Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to be infringed
  3. Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing and its location on the Site (URL if possible)
  4. Your contact information (name, address, telephone number, email)
  5. A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law
  6. A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on the owner's behalf

6. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to:

  • Use the Site in violation of any applicable law or regulation
  • Impersonate any person or entity, or misrepresent your affiliation with a person or entity
  • Use the Site to send unsolicited communications, advertising, or spam
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site, any account, or any related system
  • Introduce viruses, malware, or other malicious code
  • Scrape, harvest, or collect personal information from the Site, including model images or contact details, by automated or manual means
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to derive source code of the Site
  • Use the Site to infringe the intellectual property, privacy, publicity, or other rights of any third party
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Site or the servers and networks that host it

7. Third-Party Services and Links

The Site integrates with third-party services including Casting42, Nutshell CRM, Google Analytics, Google reCAPTCHA Enterprise, Flodesk, Sentry, and Cloudflare. The Site may also contain links to third-party websites. We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or terms of service of third-party services or websites. Your interactions with third parties are governed by their own terms and privacy policies.

Natural Model Management is committed to making the Site accessible to visitors with disabilities. We strive to conform to applicable accessibility guidelines, including the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA, to the extent practicable. THE SITE AND ALL CONTENT ON IT ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, ACCURACY, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SITE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT WILL NATURAL MODEL MANAGEMENT, ITS OWNERS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, LICENSORS, OR SERVICE PROVIDERS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOSS OF PROFITS, LOSS OF DATA, OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF, OR INABILITY TO USE, THE SITE.

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, OUR AGGREGATE LIABILITY ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS OR THE SITE WILL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS (US $100.00).

10. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Natural Model Management and its owners, officers, employees, agents, licensors, and service providers from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to (a) your use of the Site, (b) your Submissions, (c) your violation of these Terms, or (d) your violation of any third-party right, including any intellectual property, privacy, or publicity right.

11. Governing Law and Venue

These Terms and any dispute arising out of or relating to them or the Site are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. You agree that any action, suit, or proceeding arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Site will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Los Angeles County, California, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last Updated" date above and, if the changes are material, provide additional notice. Your continued use of the Site after an update constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

13. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Site at any time, with or without cause and with or without notice. All provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination will survive, including intellectual property provisions, disclaimers, limitations of liability, indemnification, and governing law.

14. Miscellaneous

Entire Agreement. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any Model Services Agreement or Booking Form between the parties, constitute the entire agreement between you and Natural Model Management regarding the Site.

Severability. If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.

No Waiver. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be deemed a waiver of that right or provision.

Assignment. You may not assign these Terms without our prior written consent. We may assign these Terms without restriction.
