Privacy Policy

Effective Date: October 29, 2026
Last Updated: October 29, 2026

Natural Model Management, LLC ("Natural Model Management," "we," "us," or "our") respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect through our website at naturalmodelsla.com (the "Site"), how we use it, who we share it with, and the rights and choices you have. This Policy is designed to comply with the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA/CPRA), the California Invasion of Privacy Act (CIPA), and other applicable U.S. and international privacy laws.

By using the Site, you acknowledge that you have read and understand this Privacy Policy.

1. Information We Collect

We collect information in the following ways:

Information you provide to us directly, including when you submit a booking inquiry, apply as a model or talent, subscribe to communications, or contact us:

  • Identifiers such as your first and last name, stage name, email address, mobile phone number, and mailing address (street, city, state, zip, country)
  • Date of birth
  • Demographic information such as gender and languages spoken
  • Professional and career information, including biography, experience, showreel link, communication preferences, skills, hobbies and interests, and social media profiles (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Twitch, LinkedIn, personal website)
  • Physical characteristics and measurements collected as part of a model application, including height, dress size, hair color and dye status, facial hair, eye color, whether you wear glasses, bust size, bra size, waist size, hip size, and shoe size
  • Information about visible body markings, such as whether you have tattoos or piercings and, if so, their locations
  • Photographs and videos of yourself, including required categories such as headshot, full body, smiling, no smile, and profile (up to 20 files, subject to size limits)
  • Agent or representative contact information (agent email)
  • Government-issued ID or work authorization information where required for booking or payroll
  • Company or client information (for booking inquiries)
  • Payment or billing information (processed by our billing providers; we do not store full payment card numbers on the Site)
  • Any other information you choose to provide (e.g., in a message or attachment)

Some of the above categories — including detailed physical measurements, photographs of your likeness, and precise geolocation derived from your address — may qualify as "sensitive personal information" under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA/CPRA) or as biometric or special-category data under other applicable laws. We use this information only for the purposes described in this Policy and, where required, with your affirmative consent. Please see Section 7 regarding your right to limit the use of sensitive personal information.

Model applications are submitted through a third-party platform, Casting42, not directly on this Site. When you click "Submit Here" on our Become a Model page, you are directed to Casting42's platform, where your application information (including your name, contact information, date of birth, biography, and showreel link) is collected and stored by Casting42 on our behalf. Please review Casting42's own privacy policy for details on how they collect, use, and secure your information. See Section 2 for more detail.

Information collected automatically when you visit the Site:

  • IP address, device identifiers, browser type and version, operating system, referring URL, and pages viewed
  • Date, time, and duration of your visit and interactions with the Site
  • Approximate geographic location derived from IP address
  • Cookies, pixel tags, session identifiers, and similar tracking technologies (see Section 6)

Information from third parties, including social networks (if you interact with our Instagram, LinkedIn, or TikTok content), analytics providers, and service providers that support our operations.

2. Third-Party Services We Use

We rely on the following third parties to operate the Site and our business. Each has its own privacy practices; we encourage you to review theirs.

  • Syngency — website hosting and content management platform. Personal information submitted through the Site may be processed and stored by Syngency. See Syngency's Privacy Policy.
  • Casting42 — third-party model application and casting platform operated by Kempen Automatisering, based in Hilversum, Netherlands. When you apply to become a model, your application is collected and stored directly by Casting42 on our behalf. Casting42's practices are governed by its own Rules of Use and privacy statement, which we encourage you to review before applying. Because Casting42 is based in the European Union, personal information you submit through the application flow will be processed outside the United States.
  • Nutshell — customer relationship management (CRM) system. Contact and inquiry information submitted through our web forms is transmitted to and stored in Nutshell for follow-up and business communications. Nutshell also uses an integrated marketing-analytics feature (MarketingCloudFX) that collects site-visit and engagement data.
  • Google Analytics (GA4) — aggregate analytics about Site usage, including pages visited, time on site, and general visitor demographics.
  • Google reCAPTCHA Enterprise — used to protect our forms from spam and automated abuse. See Google's Privacy Policy.
  • Flodesk — email marketing platform. See Flodesk's Privacy Policy.
  • Sentry — error-monitoring service used to detect and fix technical issues on the Site.
  • Cloudflare — content delivery network and security provider.
  • Microsoft 365 — email communications (Outlook/Exchange Online).

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

  • Respond to inquiries, provide our modeling agency services, and fulfill bookings
  • Evaluate and communicate with prospective talent
  • Send administrative, transactional, and (with your consent where required) marketing communications
  • Operate, maintain, secure, and improve the Site
  • Detect, prevent, and address fraud, unauthorized activity, and technical issues
  • Comply with legal obligations, enforce our agreements, and protect our rights and the rights of others

We do not sell personal information for money. We may share limited information with advertising partners for cross-context behavioral advertising, which may qualify as a "sale" or "sharing" under the CCPA; see Section 7 for how to opt out.

4. How We Share Your Information

We may share information with:

  • Service providers (Syngency, Casting42, Nutshell, analytics, payment, email, and IT service providers) that process information on our behalf under contractual obligations to protect it.
  • Clients and casting parties when we submit talent for consideration, or when we fulfill a booking (name, portfolio, professional information).
  • Legal and regulatory authorities where required by law, subpoena, court order, or to protect legal rights, safety, or property.
  • Business transfers, such as in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets, subject to standard confidentiality protections.
  • With your consent or at your direction.

4A. Publication of Talent Profiles

If we accept you for representation, certain information about you — which may include your professional name, gender, date of birth (or age range), profile photograph, and other portfolio information you provide — may be published on the Site or shared with prospective clients as part of our roster or casting submissions. You control what is included in your published profile, and you may request that specific fields be omitted or generalized. Contact us using the details in Section 13 to change what is published.

For minor talent (13–17): publication of a minor's identifying information, images, or measurements requires separate written consent from a parent or legal guardian. In the absence of such consent, we will not publish a minor's date of birth or images beyond what is required for direct client submission on a booking.

5. California Invasion of Privacy Act (CIPA) Notice

California law prohibits the unauthorized recording or interception of confidential communications and the use of tracking technologies without appropriate notice and, where required, consent.

  • We use cookies, pixels, session analytics, and similar technologies on the Site to understand how visitors interact with our content, to measure marketing performance, and to improve the Site.
  • Session recording / session replay: We do not currently use session-replay tools (such as Hotjar, FullStory, or Microsoft Clarity) on the Site.
  • Chat features: We do not currently use a live-chat or chatbot feature on the Site.
  • By continuing to use the Site after seeing our cookie banner and this Policy, and where required by law by clicking "Accept" or otherwise providing consent, you consent to the collection and processing described here.
  • You may reject non-essential tracking at any time through our cookie preferences center (accessible via the "Cookie Settings" link in the Site footer) or by using your browser settings.

6. Cookies and Similar Technologies

We use the following categories of cookies and tracking technologies:

  • Strictly Necessary — required for the Site to function (e.g., load balancing, security). Cannot be disabled.
  • Functional — remember your preferences and enhance your experience.
  • Analytics — help us understand aggregate Site usage so we can improve it.
  • Marketing / Advertising — used by us and our partners to deliver relevant advertising and measure campaign performance.

You can manage your cookie preferences at any time via the "Cookie Settings" link in the footer. You can also control cookies through your browser and opt out of certain advertising cookies via industry programs such as the Digital Advertising Alliance and the Network Advertising Initiative.

We honor Global Privacy Control ("GPC") signals as a valid opt-out of the sale or sharing of personal information under the CCPA.

7. Your California Privacy Rights (CCPA / CPRA)

If you are a California resident, you have the right to:

  • Know what personal information we collect, use, disclose, and share.
  • Access / Portability — request a copy of the personal information we hold about you.
  • Delete personal information, subject to legal exceptions.
  • Correct inaccurate personal information.
  • Limit the use of sensitive personal information.
  • Opt out of sale or sharing of personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. You may opt out via the "Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information" link in our footer or by sending a GPC signal from your browser.
  • Non-discrimination — we will not deny you services or charge different prices for exercising these rights.

To exercise these rights, contact us using the details in Section 13. We will verify your identity before responding. You may also designate an authorized agent to submit a request on your behalf.

8. Rights Under Other Jurisdictions

8.1 European Economic Area, United Kingdom, and Switzerland (GDPR / UK GDPR)

Because our model application flow uses Casting42, an EU-based platform (Netherlands), and because our services may be available to individuals located in the European Economic Area (EEA), the United Kingdom, or Switzerland, the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the UK GDPR may apply to certain processing of your personal data.

  • Data controller. Natural Model Management, LLC is the data controller for personal data submitted through our services. Casting42 acts as a data processor for applicant data it processes on our behalf.
  • Legal bases. We process personal data on the following legal bases: (i) performance of, or entering into, a contract with you; (ii) your consent; (iii) compliance with a legal obligation; and (iv) our legitimate interests in operating and improving our services, subject to your rights.
  • International transfers. Personal data may be transferred between the United States, the European Union, and the United Kingdom. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) approved by the European Commission.
  • Your GDPR rights. You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, object to, and port your personal data, and to withdraw consent at any time where processing is based on consent.
  • Right to complain. You have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority in the EEA member state of your habitual residence, place of work, or the alleged infringement.

8.2 Other U.S. State Privacy Laws

If you are a resident of Colorado, Virginia, Connecticut, Utah, or another U.S. state with a comprehensive consumer privacy law, you may have rights similar to those described in Section 7. Contact us using the details in Section 13 to exercise these rights.

9. Data Retention

We retain personal information only for as long as necessary for the purposes for which it was collected, including to provide our services, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.

  • Applicant information submitted through Casting42. Casting42's platform-level retention practices apply to applicant data stored on Casting42. We are reviewing our retention commitments and will publish a final retention schedule once confirmed.
  • Talent and client records once represented. Retained for the duration of the business relationship, subject to any longer retention required by tax, employment, or other law.
  • Booking inquiries and general communications. Retained for as long as necessary to respond to your inquiry and, thereafter, for the period required by our records-management practices.
  • Marketing communications. Retained until you unsubscribe or request deletion.

10. Security

We use commercially reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect personal information. No system is completely secure; we cannot guarantee absolute security.

11. Children's Privacy and Minor Applicants

The Site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 through the Site. If you believe a child under 13 has provided personal information through the Site or through our model application process on Casting42, please contact us so we can investigate and delete the information.

Prospective talent between the ages of 13 and 17 may only apply through our model application process with the direct involvement and consent of a parent or legal guardian. When a minor date of birth is entered on the Casting42 application form, Casting42 requires additional information from the parent or legal guardian — including the parent's name, email, and consent — before the application will be accepted. The parent or legal guardian is responsible for reviewing this Privacy Policy, Casting42's privacy policy, and any related terms before submitting on the minor's behalf.

We will not use a minor applicant's photographs, likeness, or identifying information for marketing or promotional purposes without separate written parent/guardian consent obtained outside of the application form.

12. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last Updated" date above and, if the changes are material, provide additional notice. Your continued use of the Site after an update constitutes acceptance of the updated Policy.
